I’M HANDING MY WEBSITE OVER TO MY KIDS FOR THE REST OF THE YEAR !

A couple of weeks ago my sons (age 5 and 7) and I set about on a project; they wanted to create their own artwork and learn how to sell it. So after painting about 30 pieces, I booked them a stall of their own at The Yard Christmas Market. And they absolutely smashed it!

So as a further experiment, I’m now giving them the experience of selling their work online! I’ve added the last of their paintings to my website. I’ve also turned a few favourites into digital prints. All signed and wrapped. They’ll be in charge of packaging, and posting too, but I’ll facilitate to make sure any orders do arrive. And I’ve tasked them with thinking about which charity they’d like to share their earnings with. This little project keeps evolving and has thrown up some unexpected and interesting learning opportunities for all 3 of us!
