LIMITED EDITIONS

Limited editions will be signed and individually numbered. Authenticated on verso with a ‘show pony’ inked stamp. 

I reserve the right to sell any miss-printed foil prints at a reduced price to cover production costs. These will be unsigned and not numbered.

ORDERING

What payment methods do you accept?

The site hosts PayPal and Stripe, which allow for the use of most debit and credit cards. 

If you’re able to pay by direct bank transfer, I always appreciate it as it saves me the extra fees. 

Where is my order confirmation?

Automated order confirmation emails sometimes go to junk folders. I try to personally reply back to all orders, but when it’s busy, I don’t always get the chance to. If your order went through, you can rest assured that I did receive it and am most likely busily packaging it up for you. 

I need to change something on my order, or add an item, how do I do this?

If I haven’t dispatched it yet, this is easy enough to do, just email us at [email protected] to find out what stage your order is at.

DELIVERY AND RETURNS

How long will it take for my item to arrive?

I aim to ship prints and smileys by Royal Mail within 1-3 working days, unless otherwise stated (During school holidays I find it hard to visit the post office quite as regularly as I have two small children to coax along, so this may sometimes be extend by an extra day or two). Ready-made signs will be sent by courier within 1 week. 

If you need anything by a specific date, please do let me know and I’ll do my best to make sure it’s delivered in time.

Can I cancel or return an order?

Most pieces ordered directly through the website can be returned within 14 days so long as it’s in the same condition it arrived in. It must be returned in the same, or comparable packaging that ensures it is returned undamaged, and I must be made aware that it is being returned so that I don’t unknowingly miss a delivery. *Prints must not have been unwrapped and handled.*

You can’t, however, return sample pieces or those that are made on a bespoke basis (unless I have made a mistake and your commission is incorrect).

You can cancel your order and obtain a full refund if your order is still processing and has not been dispatched. If however your order has been dispatched you will need to return it at your own expense. I can’t refund postage. So email [email protected] as soon as you possible if you have a change of heart.

Undelivered parcels

***If you’re not at your address to receive your parcel, it’ll most likely be taken to your local post office. It is your responsibility to collect it within the allowed time. Usually 28 days.***

I’ll hold on to Tracking Receipts for 1 month, but it’s important that you contact me asap if you think your item is missing.

Warranty on electrics

All signs fitted with electrics are ‘PAT’ tested, and come with a 1 year warranty. Within this time frame I will either fix or replace the electrics. You may be required to remove them from the sign for ease of shipment. Should any faults in the electrics arise, please unplug and contact me straight away.

I can’t offer a warranty on bulbs that arrive working. All bulbs will be brand new.

Does the price include VAT?

All prices are in GBP and are inclusive of VAT.

If your order is being delivered to outside the UK you will need to pay any customs fees and import duties when you receive your package.
