If, due to the strike action, Royal Mail don’t deliver on time, and you choose to return your purchase, but unfortunately I can only refund the cost of the item and not the postage.

I paid for a signed-for delivery service, how do I find my tracking number?

My order hasn’t arrived

If you expected your order to have arrived by now, please wait a couple of extra days before contacting me if possible; all parcels have been posted, and well before the deadline announced by Royal Mail. However, due to the strike action, parcels are taking longer to arrive.
